液相中壞死性CTC和CEC的免疫熒光染色（用于計(jì)數(shù)小鼠樣品中人壞死性CTC和CTC）
描述
壞死細(xì)胞損害質(zhì)膜和核膜，導(dǎo)致其核被試劑染色。壞死性CTC與針對(duì)額外的上皮細(xì)胞標(biāo)記或其他細(xì)胞類型的抗體的共同染色是同時(shí)進(jìn)行的。除了單獨(dú)的免疫染色外，還有一種專門用于鑒定壞死性CTC 的新型Necro-iFISH技術(shù)。
壞死性CTC的鑒定有助于實(shí)時(shí)快速評(píng)估抗癌藥物對(duì)腫瘤細(xì)胞的治療效果。
從液體中富集的人類CTC的免疫熒光染色容易，快速。鑒定的細(xì)胞具有較亮的熒光強(qiáng)度，可用于計(jì)數(shù)小鼠樣品中的人類CTC。
