描述
Cyligen開(kāi)發(fā)了一種適用于培養(yǎng)和/或冷凍從小鼠血液富集的人原代腫瘤細(xì)胞的新技術(shù)和相關(guān)產(chǎn)品。使用SEM系列減法富集產(chǎn)物濃縮保存在含有特殊抗凝血?jiǎng)‵CM-001）的試劑中的小鼠血液樣品中的腫瘤細(xì)胞。富集的無(wú)低滲損傷的腫瘤細(xì)胞立即加入以下特殊細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)基中用于原代腫瘤細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)。人類原發(fā)腫瘤細(xì)胞被選擇生長(zhǎng)更多，而小鼠造血細(xì)胞（如WBC）將在細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)過(guò)程中逐漸耗盡。培養(yǎng)的原代腫瘤細(xì)胞可用于冷凍FCM-001產(chǎn)品中提供的特殊原代細(xì)胞冷凍培養(yǎng)基或下游生物學(xué)和遺傳分析。
